Plot Summary: In a world where science clarifies supernatural powers. In a huge college that has power development in its curriculum. To a resident high school student, Kamijou Touma, a pure white sister appears. She calls herself "Index" and says that sorcerers are chasing her. Thus, Kamijou Touma enters the world of the occult.

Watched all of it. My only complaint is the dragging dialogue at points. otherwise great character designs and lush scenery. Visually appealing.

You should check out "A Certain Scientific Railgun" then which is a spinoff currently running about Misaka. I don't like it as much as Index so far but it is still pretty good.

A Certain Magical Railgun sounds like a westernized version of the index universe or something

It is a spinoff series that takes place mostly during the same time frame as "A Certain Magical Index" except the main character is Misaka instead of Touma. Misaka is the character from Index that uses lightening and had all of the clones made of her that were fighting Accelerator.
