Edit: Due to groginess from before, I'm rewording most of this post. IE-- deleting most of it. XD At least I'm honest!

I would like to suggest that we keep a copy of who helps out during funding events of our own, having a sign up sheet if need be. So that when Trips come, those that actually helped out to make the trip happen get first say on what happens; and also first call on if they want to go or not.

Granted, this isn't meant to be a wall to some of our younger members who may not have gotten out of the house yet, or may be Running Start students... but for those of us that are full fledged college members and there for 'official members of the club'; for lack of better terms.

I agree that you should keep a log. I always kept track of this myself when I was determining who goes on the trips and I was present for pretty much all activities so I knew who did what. I was the only one who could do that since I made sure to arrange my schedule so I could be their for most events.
